Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is a gynecological disease that causes pain at the beginning of menstruation without any identifiable factor that causes it. It is also a very prevalent disease among the female population. However, it has not received the necessary attention to be able to alleviate it. Therefore, we propose a theoretical development whose main objective is to find a drug that specifically mitigates it. In this way, we propose both high-throughput screening (HTS) and pre-clinical studies in vitro and in vivo. All these applying techniques established and recognized by the scientific community. With this, we want to encourage the investigation of primary dysmenorrhea, a disease that is as underlying as it is neglected.
